Who we are

Ayurvedic Tours (ayurvedictours.com) curates and arranges Ayurvedic health tours to resorts in Kerala, India, and a partner retreat in Germany. This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website or contact us through it.

Data this site collects directly

This website has no sign-up forms or accounts. We only receive personal information if you choose to contact us:

• Email — clicking the email link opens your own email client and sends your message directly to info@ayurvedictours.com. We keep this correspondence to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a guest, to arrange your trip.
• WhatsApp — the WhatsApp button opens a chat via WhatsApp (operated by Meta). That conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Analytics & consent

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand overall traffic — things like which pages are viewed and roughly how visitors found the site. Analytics is off by default. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you're OK with it; nothing is set until you click "Accept." If you click "Reject" (or close the banner without choosing), no analytics cookies are set and no visit data is sent to Google Analytics.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (for example _ga, _ga_*) and collects data such as your approximate location, device/browser type, and pages visited. This data is pseudonymous (tied to a random identifier, not your name) and is processed by Google under its own Privacy Policy.

You can change your mind at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer, which reopens the banner. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered via Amazon CloudFront. Amazon Web Services processes standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) as part of operating the infrastructure this site runs on.

Your choices

You can browse this site without sending us any personal information at all — simply don't use the email or WhatsApp contact options. If you've previously contacted us and would like your correspondence deleted, email info@ayurvedictours.com and we will remove it.
